This is a demo page for cryogenic traps in the Vacuum Core.
What a cryo trap does (demo)
- Captures condensables to improve effective pumping
- Stabilizes chamber conditions during long runs
- Helps protect downstream pumps
Integration (demo)
- Cooling source: LN₂, mechanical cryocooler, or hybrid
- Placement: close to source of vapor load when possible
- Regeneration: plan warm-up and vent procedure
